We were assigned the prestigious project of developing the Acworth Complex as the Project Management Consultant (P.M.C.) to house the administrative offices and other activities of the Mumbai District AIDS Control Society and Maharashtra State AIDS Control Society, with separate accommodation for the USAID office. This involved major work for the administrative building development, restoration of the old existing structures, and interior decoration work.

The project cost worked out to approximately Rs. 5.75 crores (1998-99). The services rendered by us were provided under one roof through specialized consultants for various sub-heads like restoration, air-conditioning, electrification, communication, fire fighting, acoustics, plumbing, water supply, sound system, etc. The project was efficiently handled through experienced contractors, specialized consultants, and a fleet of qualified professionals with zeal.

The project was executed as per the instructions from Dr. Alka Gogate, Project Director.
