The land, admeasuring 31,358.50 sq. mts., with existing buildings for MSEB staff, is spread across a vast area with open spaces and lush green trees, situated away from the usual crowd in the vicinity of Chembur. The project was awarded to us through a tender process and a design competition.

A residential building with Stilt + Podium + 15 floors was designed on a portion of the plot earmarked in the entire layout for immediate development for senior officers of MSEB.

With the lush green surroundings, the entire structure is designed as a “Green Building.” The podium is designed with modern landscaping, including a water fountain, to blend seamlessly with the external greenery.

The proposal was approved by M.C.G.M. on 16/12/2009. However, the project is yet to commence.
